How to add backlinks to my blog ?

I have a blog on blogspot/blogger.
I can edit the blog, change formatting, colors, add hyperlinks, etc to the blog content
But I want to add some web links to other sites on the page say like at the bottom, top, sides, between two blogs, etc.
How can I do this ?
Or is this being restricted by blogger.com ?
Please guide me.

I am not sure about this now since i din't use blogger for like 3 years so far.

But i think you can add custom text widgets to your side bar and put in the html code to the site you want to link.
Or just edit the theme and you can do it manually to any part of the blog you wish to.

have u try activate your backlink try this>>>design >setting> comment> backlinks > show
