Default $75 to spend on monthly linkbuilding (outsourced), what would your shopping list look like?

Got $75 per month to spend on SEO/Link building to get my music blog up the rankings, i want to outsource it all as i must concentrate on creating content and various freelance jobs i do.

Question is where do i spend my money??

Articles are kind of out of the question, my site is in a niche that not many article writers (especially from Asia) know anything about. Plus its very hard to write an article about a dj's 1 hour mix/set.

Should i just split it up and buy the best 'warrior's for hire' deals i can find for link building

example

$10 - Manual Social bookmarks
$15 - .edu links
$15 - Do follow profiles
$15 - Directory submission
$20 - press release + submission

I, personally, would simply use $5 of it for a backlinking packet service (or get 2 for $10) and use the rest to pay a person each week to go through the list and use the links for backlinks.

I've tried all of what you mentioned and the results just don't compare to what you get from a couple hours of backlink packets. That's how 20+ of my sites are #1 for their keyword.

You can use the Warrior section, or you could use elance. You can get some great options from both.

thanks for you input Kevin, thats certainly an interesting comment you have made!

ive never done any sort of link building or SEO on my blog so really i just want to test out various strategies and see what works the best so i can then setup more sites and use that strategy straight away.

By Backlink packets are you talk about things like 'Angela & Pauls' etc?

i have setup an odesk account as i was thinking of going down this route so maybe just for this month i will give it a go and see what happens to my stats.

I'd spend it all in one place, which should get you maximum value for that cash. Personally, I'd look at a profile creation service. Spend your own time filling in the gaps with other forms of marketing.

Check out my WSO:

100 Backlinks a Day

Kevin, I'm curious as to where I can obtain a backlink packet - Would you be so kind as to share any recommendations or personal experiences?

Thanks so much,

Tim

Can find the packets in many WSO's. Look for weekly backlink packets - Paul&Angela's is great and I use another one as well.

They're just a packet of places to put your link where it won't be deleted and they're normally high PR. Have always worked great for me.

I literally just emailed my list to tell them how to get decent PR links on autopilot for free. $75 a month on linkuilding? Bank $60 and spend $15 I say.

I would also not suggest in this "day and age" that you throw $10 a month at getting 60 profile links in a "packet". Not when you can search and place hundreds under your own steam, or by outsourcing on fiverr, for well,. a fiver for thousands of profile links.

saying spend $15 is all good and well, but please could you give me a little more information.

1000 backlinks for $5 - surely i would need more than just this as they would have little weight.

im compiling my list of link building offers, i think ill purchase each one of these each week and just monitor if there is any movement for me on google

http://www.warriorforum.com/warriors...t-service.html

3000 profile links - $15

AMAZING OFFER - BACKLINKS THAT STICK! NOT JUST PROFILE LINKS - PROFILE LINKWHEELS

PR4-8 60 links - $17

Cheap Authority Backlink service - Get 30 backlink profiles for $10 , many bigger plans inside

PR5+ 30 profile backlinks - $10

I agree with jazbo, fiverr.com

$5 .edu/.org links
$5 Promote your site to peoples facebook list
$5 Press release
$5 article writing/blog posts

Go out for dinner with the rest, or repeat the process next month.

Hope this helps

Tim

I typically only use two websites for backlink outsourcing, ODesk and Backlinkteam.com, ODesk wont be much good to you as you will not get too many people working on a project where there arent a lot of hours each month. I would buy a link package from backlinkteam.com as they build manual links that are relevant and are Do-Follow. I use them a lot and the quality is always top notch. Hope that helps. Thanks

I say increase your budget and hire people/someone to handle it full time or maybe even just part time

It will be better in the long run if your blog has the potential to make even more.

I think fiverr is good also, and have used them several times. But be careful. There is a lot of junk on fiverr as well. I will have to look into backlinksteam.com, that looks like an awesome option.

And as for odesk, I have just recently put up a job to specifically manually enter some link packets and have gotten an overwhelming response for 3-4 hours a week (160 bl / month) which equates to roughly $10.00 a week. So you may want to look into that.

Don't buy the same services week after week. As you have money spend money on different services that provide different types of links to your site. Eventually your still will be making enough money to fund itself in the money that you spend on backlinking it.

i will get some .edu / .org links from fiverr, there are a few popular gigs on there, i think ill try one out next week, have you used any that you can recommend?

yes i think i will have to wait until i have a little bit more revenue to hire someone from odesk. I have checked out backlinkteam but their cheapest package is still well out of my price range. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future though.

thats a really good rate, i have been looking at some users on odesk and if you look at their previous projects it tells you how much the project cost and how many hours they worked thus giving you how much per hour they earnt over the whole project. Most are in the $1-2 per hour which is very cheap!

I have just purchased 3000 profile links Ill wait a week or 2 before i do anything and see if there is any movement. As i said in my OP i really cant get articles written, my genre is too niche and underground for any IM Article writer to know about. I have people writing music reviews which i guess can be turned into an article. But if they have already been posted on my blog with article directories accept them as i am just copying the article from my blog?

yes this is what i am doing, i will buy a different service each week and monitor my traffic and SERP's to see what is the most effective, the next few months are just for testing really.
