Good Tips, I think the most important thing with backlinks is quantity, quality and variation. I use Backlinkteam and ODesk to get Off-Shore teams that are very capable of producing great results. I had my website in my sig ranked on all the barter related keywords in Two Weeks using backlinkteam which did a great job. If i feel like managing the campaing myself i will use ODesk though.
