Is every high searched keyword worth monetization?

Hi warriors,

These days, i did lots of research on niches and keywords.
I found that for some company names in that niche with high search amount ,low competition and good EPC, are these "keywords" worth of monetization? For example, in voip market, "smartvoip" and "voipbuster" are both good search volume, low competion, good EPC. Are they worth of monetization?

Yea im puzzled 2, i heard only "buyer keywords" are worth something.
