If I've researched a micro niche which is say herbaltoejam, find it has loads of searches, then i find that herbaltoejam.com is available, should I be excited at this point or no? What is the next step to determine weather this is worth persuing? If there's any hi pr sites on top, don't bother or how do you all go about this before purchasing? |

Check the PR of the pages on the front page of the SERPs. If there are a bunch of high-PR sites, it might be best to find a better keyword to attack. If the PR on the front page sites is low, look at the number of backlinks the sites have. This will help you judge the amount of work that will be needed to get on the front page.
