1. You have a page that has ranked well for years. It's always on the bottom of page 1.
2. It is quality content and it honestly deserves to be in the top 3.
3. You have 1 hour per day to devote to raising this pages ranking.
4. The page already has a very diverse link portfolio.

What do you do for with that 1 hour a day to jump up to the top of the rankings?

I just recently took a site from position 8 to position 1.

I did it by using the following:

1. Article Marketing (Article Marketing Wizard)
2. Profile Backlinks/Directory Submissions (Sick Submitter)
3. Blog Commenting (Scrapebox)

The site had been in spot 8 or 9 for almost a year and after applying these techniques it was in spot 1 in under a month.

I hope you can have similar results. It is a great feeling to get a site to #1!

You need more targeted backlinks!

Quality Backlinks, too huge in todays Google in my Opinion. So this must be a priority.
Have a blog, post to it weekly and ping it and and ping the RSS feed.
Post to hi PR blogs with url sig line
Forum membership and posts, with BBC codes and sig lines with URL
Meta Keyword usage ratio at about 10%
I also find that many good sites just do not have Alt tags

I would check the on page seo and make sure all is well

Next I would post two or three articles per day to the following dofollow article directories
1. PR 6 Ezine Articles
2. PR 6 Isnare
3. PR 5 Article Dashboard
4. PR 5 Article City
5. PR 5 Article Slash

so thats 10 mins per article - 30min, 5 mins per submission 15mins, thats 45 mins total, so for the last 15 i would drink a beer, but when those articles are approved I would use that extra 15 mins to ping and submit the articles for faster crawling

I just did a Market Samurai evaluation of my site compared to the others on the first page. I have about x 10 the quality links of everybody else on page.

My on-page SEO is flawless, I had 5 people re-evaluate it with no criticism at all.

Hi pjman,

Here's an idea for you: Guest Blogging.

Contact the top bloggers in your niche and offer to guest author some blog posts for them. You could easily accomplish that in one hour a day and it will go a long way to establishing yourself as a thought leader and an industry expert for your niche.

Any one know of a good tool to find High PR blogs to post to?

1) Build 10 profile links on high pr forums (9 - 7pr), make those into an open linkwheel.

2) Fire up seo spyglass, harvest 10 of the highest pr blog comment pages for each of the forum profiles and point them at each profile (so 10 blog comments per 1 forum profile).

3) wait to rank, your competitor doesnt understand how a few crappy profiles are ranking you so well

So just try to write good quality content and Bookmark it over as many social bookmarking website you know and same as with articles write it and submit it. These will help you improve your ranking but please content should be unique.

One option that is proven to work is to setup web 2.0 sites pointing to your money site and then use Article Marketing Robot to backlink the crap out of the web 2.0 properties with spun articles. Just another option...

Use Scrape Box find out where your top 3 competition get their links, than trying to get same links from same source...

Why Guess? When the answer is already out there...

Use Market Samuri find out, what anchor text, PR links, type links your competition is using...

just go after the same backlinks.

There is no answer.

We know nothing about you, your site, your rep, your history, your
competition's history, rep, authority, etc.

Why people keep asking for a list is beyond me.

Sometimes it's just not going to happen. That's the real truth.

A lot suggested is very, very, very low level. More low level is not
going to do shinola.
