Default how to publish adsense like ehow and ezinearticles

Hi,

I have a challenge that maybe others have...

it's how to get adsense to show itself longer than the ad size specified...

what i mean is a 336x280 is taking up maybe 500-800 pixels of width...

you've seen it if you've ever been to ezinearticles or eHow...

(and I'm attaching an example so you can see it)...

so the question is "how are they pulling this off? how is it done?"..

It seems it might be a <div> css trick, but of course, they might be sleeping with the adsense team, too...but the question is can the little guys do the same thing?

It must surely boost ctr!

If I remember correctly, some sites (like Ezinearticles, About.com, etc), have premium Adsense accounts, which give them more options with regards to how their ads are displayed.

From what I've heard, these much sought after premium accounts are only offered to sites with very big earnings.

Would love some confirmation on this if anybody has any?

If they have much more earnings they would rather choose the premium accounts compared to usual adsense. Its more attractive and some added features.

In all these sites, they do not show the regular adsense block, but it is encoded in jquery...so it might be something we can decode and know for sure if it is a programming technique or privileged account...probably worth a 50% jump in earnings if you can get these long ad listings.

There is nothing to figure out. They are Premium Publishers. Once you reach 20,000,000 page views a month, you too can be a Premium Publisher.

Premium Publishers can pretty much do what ever they want.
