the question is to broad, manage ppc on what platform, what is specific you have a problem with or need a hand with, some more detail and it would be easier for people to help.

just you need to blend colors and place PPC on the right place >> this depends on your site

I think this is a very broad question, but you need to group keywords according and ads according with their relationships, meaning that your ads need to address the problems that your keywords are reflecting. (this is in very broad terms)
