Check to make sure that your sitemap files are still located where they were before. The site:yourdomain.com and the stats in google webmaster is almost never the same, don't worry about it. |

Same thing happened to me about a month ago I know you probably wnt liste because I didn't, but there's nothing you can do and this is not hurting you. In fact google will continue to show you that they are unidexing pages until you hit a big fat 0 indexed, but don't worry they are infact indexed. You will see 0 indexed pages for about a week (or atleast I did) and then they will instantly re inex most of this. I wennt from 2400, to 1800, to 600, to 0. 1 week later after hundreds of posts on google for help bam 2200 indexed pages. Just remember you aren't being effected and don't change anything!

Did you check the structure of your sitemap? Maybe it has coding problem? I suggest you to check it again or make a new healthy sitemap and submit it to Google webmaster tools and then follow the situation of it.
