Banned From Google Adwords With No Explanation... Can Someone Help Me Please.

That is the Email I just received.

We have a various different sites we were trying to promote on Google Adwords, A Vaporizer site, A Wrinkle Cream site and a 3d glasses site.

I can understand why maybe the Vaporizer site might be disapproved, but if you search "Vaporizer" - who's Adwords Ad pops up?!? - Our competitors ad comes up - Gotvape - I have asked various times on their help forum and I have tried to call and talk to a representative but I have yet to receive any reply, they only point me to the terms and conditions agreement. We stripped our site & ads of any "Inappropriate" keywords and links, and we still cannot have our ads up. I don't understand how they can have our competitor, who sells almost all of the exact stuff we sell up, with almost the same site up but not us.

Anyway, I gave up with adwords on the vaporizer site and moved on to the other sites.

Now when I tried to post ads up for sites not Vaporizer related, like the wrinkle cream and 3d Glasses, the ads were approved, but they were not showing up. I asked again what was the problem and that is when I received that email.

My favorite part of the email is "For privacy reasons, AdWords Support is unable to provide any additional
information regarding this account."

What privacy reasons? What information is hidden from us, the site owners and account creators?

Anyways, Now what do I do? what would your suggestion be?

Google never gives logical reasons for action because they are paranoid that scammers/spammers will learn their strategies and bypass their filters. I know someone local that was spending 5 figs a month on ads who got the same email.
