Default Any Micro Niche Finders Having Trouble?

I'm starting to get rather frustrated by micro niche finder. It's a fantastic program when working, but for the last week, I'm getting the IE script error when running the program and contrary to the rather popular knowledge-base on the authors website regarding this issue, clicking OK does not finish the search out. Instead, I have to click ok about 20 times for 1 search and it ultimately gets to 'gathering broad results' and simply goes stalemate, regardless of the time I let it run. I've written the author but it's been over 24 hours and haven't heard back.

Any ideas? I've tried deleting all my cache/temp files, toggling the keyword finder 'plus' as instructed in the kb and even uninstalling/reinstalling. I got nothing.

Sometimes it happens with MNF. But you can always fall back on other good tools that work in a similar manner.

Having a myriad of probs with the proggy as everyone is right now. Was getting locked up and returning no results after banging through all the scripts errors.

Closed MNF out, went into IE8 and turned off Google's instant search & set results to 100. Went back to MNF and still had to pound through script errors but did get some search results.

I get results one night.. and then nothing the next night (despite many repeated attempts). In both cases, I have to pound through about 20 errors. I've learned that after putting in captcha, hitting enter repeatedly and very fast for the duration of the search gives the best chance of success.

Must admit I just tend to stick to using Google's keyword tool and Market Samurai lately. MNF was a great tool but just has to many problems and is slow bringing out updates.

Stopped using it, it has become so slow and aggravating its not worth the time. Free traffic Travis and Google work better and that's sad.

yeah, me too, experiencing parsing errors and lots of other script errors as well.

It has been impeding my progress for keyword research instead of helping me work faster. So sad, but i think i will have to switch to others soon.

Can anyone suggest a similar (or better) but less problematic keyword research tool that i can use?

Thanks in advance.

As noted above, Market Samurai works very well, and has lots (n lots) of extra useful tools. Keyword Research module is free forever, with a fair price to upgrade and use all the other golden stuff. Get a good discount by upgrading from the demo version. It's the same program.

Put me down as another infrequent user of MNF. Sad. Market Samurai is constantly updated, although to be fair, MS data does seem odd at times lately but putting that down to Google changes.

This problem should be solved in the next versions of MNF because its not related to IE. However many times IE has such problems with similar programs but for other programs it works or doesn't work at all. But MNF works sometimes and doesn't work some other times.

Is any one still experiencing the problem with micro niche finder, I am still getting errors with mnf latest update .It is giving script errors . I have contacted the support they told me to update the service pack 3 (xp professional sp3) even after updating still getting the error . I have asked them to integrate mnf with other browser like crome and firefox they give me the replay that they will consider .

You guys, there's another thread about this and MNF has been having problems for MONTHS now...Still unresolved.

I'd say you guys should just get refunds, or go grab another product like Market Samurai since those guys keep their stuff up & running 24/7 with priority.

Market Samurai updates like once a week at least, to fix bugs, issues, user suggestions etc.

Just buy Market Samurai ok? You won't regret it, and you'll be glad you did.

Hey just an FYI. MNF is still having issues. Script error. To the best of my knowledge it's not MNF software but rather IE8 or Google. However if this is true you would think MNF would adjust their software to by pass these. Firefox seems to work fine. The reason I don't think it is the software itself is I can get the same errors on a different computer and MNF is not even installed on it. Hopefully MNF will get this resolved but as I see in the dates on these posts, it must be a challenge. Is there anyone who is using MNF and does not have these issues? Thanks

I stopped using MNF for these problems quite some time back. It is a lot better if you outsource stuff, or like me - get a virtual assistant

The IE Script error can be solve by upgrading to the latest version of IE(Internet Explorer). I got same problem, after updating it went away and it's working smoothly.

I got the solution on this page:

I stopped using MNF a while back, it is just too slow for me. I can do the same work MUCH faster manually by using free tools like Google's keyword tool, SEOQuake and my own excel spreadsheet template.
