Keyword Analysis Tool w/ word counter & use offline?

I've been using the Live Keyword Analysis tool that I found through another thread on the forum. It's pretty cool in that it shows you the percentage of the keywords you specified as you type.

I'm looking for a tool that does exactly the same thing but also counts the words as I type. I would also like to be able to use it when I am offline.

Is there a tool or script that I can download like I'm wanting available?
