There many search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc

What is the relationship between them?

Each of them have a unique algorithm but some parameters are common in all of them. For example quality and unique content with backlinks from authority sites can help your website to rank better in all of them.

Currently, Yahoo and Bing has a tie-up in place. According to it, Yahoo is using Bing's search power to showcase its search results. Yahoo has a tie-up with Google for sharing its PPC ads/revenue.

Relationship between the search engines? I think they don't have any because they have different algorithm but same quality search results.

What i meant was how they share data with each other in any free or paid way. Or any other interaction happening between them...
