In WordTracker's free keyword tool, I do searches for who <keyword>, what <keyword>, where <keyword>, etc. This gives me a really cool list for articles and content based on literal questions from searches. The Wordtracker data is fairly limited though because of how they source their database. It works well enough but it would be great to be able to mine this information from Google. So "Where Turkey" gives me some handy ideas for content. 1 where is turkey 2 where do you put the thermometer on the turkey 3 where can i buy kosher empire barbecue turkeys 4 los angeles where to buy two turkeys get one free 5 where to buy a kosher turkey 6 where do wild turkeys live 7 where do you put the thermometer for the thigh on a turkey 8 where was the turkey first domesticated 9 everybody loves raymond episode where debra throws the turkey in the oven 10 fresh turkeys where to buy However, if you enter such a keyword phrase into Google's keyword tool--e.g., who <keyword>--the resulting list starts with your query and then immediately diverges into their realm of "suggestions" which are utterly useless in the context of what I'm trying to accomplish. Is there some way to do this in Google? Perhaps I just need to add some extra tags in the query to get what I'm looking for. Any suggestions? |

I understand that a fair percentage of searches are for unique, extra long tail phrases for which google has not accumlated any stats. (sorry I don't recall the percentage of uniques)

| I don't remember exactly where I got this list from: Desperate Buyers Questions. It's basically a compilation of tens of thousands of questions people typed into Google. They are questions buyers are asking Google, so someone like you will solve (product/service). If you can't find something here.... You're HOPELESS! Just kidding... but seriously! ![]() CHEERS!
