What is the best tool for determining how often a keyword(s) is searched for each month? I know this is a general question but I am getting conflicting reported data as well as conflicting recommendations on which tool is best. Thanks for all the great feedback! |

I suggest use the Google Keywords Adwords tool since it provides a real time & accurate keyword results from Google. Google AdWords are designed to generate large lists of very specific keyword phrases, many that result in very little traffic.

I recommend AdWords Keyword Tool. It will give you global monthly searches and local monthly searches for specified region/language. |

No tool is accurate. Finally you're looking at the Search Volume at Google (Most of the time). So, trusting Google Adwords Tool is the only option!

Is there a Yahoo Keyword Tool? Or maybe a Bing Keyword Tool? Would be interesting to see data from those sites.

I have paid tools, but I find more and more that the Google Keyword Tool is the best choice. None of them are 100% accurate. Common sense is an important part of keyword research. Good Luck! 24kWing |
