Phonenumber for NameCheap?

Anyone have a phone number for Namecheap?

Am unable to renew domains as my computer crashes every time I get to their cart. (Firefox AND IE.)
Now I have sites off line and they will not provide contact info where you can reach someone.

Anyone have their phone number???

They've got someone for live support right now:

I've never had to call them but I've had great support via the systems they have in place.

Thanks, mad hat.

Was able to renew after rebooting. Got an email from them that they have no phone support.

I think a large company like that should have phone support in place. My web hosting company is no where near as large and we provide phone support.

I am sure they will eventually but it seems they would rather not mess with it.
