Our analytics accounts have always worked fine on all of the websites we've done - but we've just launched a brand new website and set it up exactly the same as we normally would - we were receiving data (clicks from our location) so I set up a filter to block data that comes from our IP address - were now receiving no data, now at first I assumed this was because it wasn't actually receiving data but our Google AdWords account shows different - were getting clicks from AdWords. Any ideas? Thanks, Liam McArthur |

How actually did you filter the data? If you manually filtered out each IP then you should be fine.

Yep, here's the details: Filter Name: Block Statistics from Internal IP - Predefined Filter Exclude traffic from the IP addresses that are equal to: (OUR IP) I haven't got a clue what's going on, I've even got a few people external to our IP to view the website and still nothing changes. |
