Default Do You Outsource Backlinking (to individual not service)?

If you outsource backlinking to individuals and not to a service, I would like to get permission to talk to/interview you about your experiences.

I am working on a backlinking service to improve this process and needs other opinions.

You will get free access to all resulting products/services if you share your experiences with me.

If interested post you are interested and I'll PM my Skype info for us to discuss.

Thanks

Backlinks waste a lot of time and it's really frustrating. Don't even waste time building backlinks unless you want to build a large content site in a competitive niche.

First, I said they waste a lot of time, there for pointing towards outsourcing. And yes, I do believe link building is overrated for 10 page websites promoting a product.

I think most backlinks are a waste of time and paying for them is also a waste of money.

I've generated some quality links in relevant forums, blogs and directories myself. IMO, if you're not willing to or can't outsource to someone who will do so with care and a good command of the language, don't bother.

I have a competitor who paid for some links and they have not received any benefit.

I'm far from an SEO expert, but it's apparent to me that the search algorithms are getting much better at looking for relevant and legitimate backlinks.

For the service you're working on, I suggest concentrating on higher quality, lower quantity. Instead of offering 500 garbage links for $30, try 5 top notch, germane links.

Increased quality vs quantity service is one of my predictions for 2011.

I do buy backlinks, but I don't buy based solely on quantity.

A lot of people who sell "tons of backlinks for super cheap prices!!!1!" tend to get them from spamming and whatnot. This makes them almost worthless to me.

That's why I focus on getting backlinks from people who have access to authority websites. (Higher PR in Google, less than 20 outbound links, etc.)

Then again, I also believe that way too many people buy into those "cheap backlinks!11!!" deals that I was talking about earlier, but that's another story.

I Made an Extra $500 Yesterday AND I spent just 30 minutes on Facebook.

Thank you for your feedback so far.

This service is more of a DIY service so each person / account is in completely control of everything that happens.

Want it built so the system takes the logic out of what links to where, etc. etc.

A service you can give the login to anyone with a pulse and the system walks them through the process and it always results in high quality results and unique to you.

That's what I am thinking. I don't believe in full automation of link building - it will be detected.

I do outsource my back-linking and while others here have seen no point/benefit in it I have to disagree with them. I have seen results for my clients and honestly its one of those needed tedious tasks that can have a great impact if you hire the skilled premium labor.

I make it happen offline.

I agree with you. I am currently getting great results, but the work is so tedious and boring.

The point of what I have in mind is to remove the premium out of what you said "skilled premium labor".

I have done outsourcing but didn't see any results. However, once I started doing local SEO, I've been seeing immediate ranking results with Google places. It really depends on your approach and whether your focus is on local ranking or global.

It's not a waste of time, it's an art and a bit of science Do link bait instead of gathering low quality links from relevant but poor quality pages (the time spent would be the same, except for the effort done in building natural links).

I am sure backlinking is not waste of time and it really helps most websites but its clear that it has some techniques and you should know them to become successful and if your backlinking strategy is wrong, wait for dropping your page on search engines.
