I actually find this surprising, social bookmarking is a growing segment, I'm surprised its not an area Yahoo would invest in.

Seems Alta-Vista and MyBlogLog may also be on the chopping block. What is "great to use" must be balanced at some point with "worth maintaining" by the company offering the site. If Yahoo is pulling back on costs, least-profitable areas will be first to go. kay |

I think when Yahoo buzz is available, delicious is not needed. However it can be useful for people to save their favorite links, but it can not help for making backlinks.
