Not long ago someone posted a question about his site boobjobprices.com/ A few TRIED to warn him he was in violation of Adsense TOS. He "thanked" those who warned him for their "useless advice". I didn't bookmark the thread (wish I had), but I did bookmark the site to see how long it would have survived. As far as I could tell, the name violated TOS as well as the nudity.

Too bad some refuse to listen to sound advice.

Yes that right. I just visited the site and saw a blank space. I think it was adsense space.
Following the google TOS is important.

His ad blocks are still there, but not being "served" it appears. The nudity is down. Probably hasn't lost his account

But i can't see ads now. Maybe he removed it or Google suspended his account or doesn't allow ads on his website. Also i can't see those images on his website too. I think Google ads will be active again in his website soon.

If you do a "view source" you'll see the code is still there. I expect he was told to remove the nudity, minimum. It doesn't have to be "porn" (which is very hard to define), but if your child probably shouldn't be viewing the site at school, or you at work, you'll probably be hearing from google.
