keyword: 27,000 monthly searches and 103k Google results

Hey all,

I found a one word keyword that has monthly searches of 27k and google results of 103k and the .com domain is available. What about a two-word keyword with 40k+ monthly searches and 267k google results (.com domain also available).

Would you buy the domain/s?

The only problem is that it is in spanish. I am a native spanish speaker so for me that is not a problem. The issue is there are not many products for the keyword in spanish. One of them is basically an illness that millions (~30% of the entire population) suffer from it annually.

What do you think? Should I buy the domains?

Any suggestions on how to monetize such a website?

If you are total newbie and don't mind spending money for your marketing education, then go ahead and buy it. If you cannot find products to sell from your site, perhaps you could put together a general interest site and collect a list of emails that you might be able to find something else to sell them later on.

One of the issues that I can see is that there is not much universality in the spanish speaking world. It would be difficult to build a site that was aimed at teh spanish speaking population of the world. You might need to target a specific group of people in order to convert.

But as a way to get your online business started and learn some cool stuff while you are having the chance to makes some money, it might be a good idea.

See if you can create an information product in Spanish and if so then grab the .com and sell the product on the website - you are practically up on a sitter there

I have found a lot of sites like this (>10,000 searches/month)... and i mean a lot.

With those numbers would it be easy to get into the first page in google?

If so having a few websites like that, with the power of numbers and probabilities, then traffic would difinitely come through.

you could buy those domains if they do not cost extra money . If it's only 10$, you've got nothing to lose

But what would you do if the site multiplesclerosis . com (example) is available. How would you monetize it? You know there are books and books about multiple sclerosis, but you cannot sell pharms or treatments (I don't know if for MS there are products available)

you could sell me the niche! but I'm guessing it has to do with allergies. Also make sure you are looking at the exact keyword search amount, if you haven't been you will most likely be let down and it will actually be somewhere around 1000 searches per month.

No it does not have o do with allergies. And the numbers are phrase the exact go down to 8k for the one-word keyword and to 22k for the two-word keyword.

No but really how would you monetize this. All the help would be great.

it completely depends on the niche, if you are new to SEO and don't have great knowledge in the English language then you are not going to want to do product reviews simply because if you cant sell people they wont buy. You should build an informative site and monetize it with ad sense ads that basically scream click me.

The problem is not that I don't have great knowledge in the English language (btw the sites are in Spanish), the thing is that there are no major products apart from medical books.
And don't mean to brag, but I am a doctor (as a hobbie

) so I would know what I'll be talking about.

And yeah CPC is low on those terms...
