Default CopyScape - What percentage is acceptable

Hi,
I've just received some articles from a content writer. I ran them through copyscape and got 4 results with a 7% match.

Is this acceptable?
What metric would you use to ask your content writer to rewrite the articles?

Thanks

7% is quite acceptable. I would be concerned above 20%. It sounds like they are using a very good spinner.
