If I have adsense on my blogger sites, do I have to have a same privacy page then 'regular' blogs have?

I don't know but i put one on mine's anyways, just google privacy policy and copy paste to your site and edit it to fit your sites name

Any site you have Adsense on needs a Privacy Policy.

Yes. Its necessary and you must have it on your blog. And if you don't have it, Google shows public ads on your blog.
