Lightbulb AdSense ban - is there a cure?

Lots of years ago I got banned from AdSense for a stupid joke (or maybe it was intended as a favor?) a person made. It was (hard to guess?) clicking on them links.

I lived witout AdSense all those years, probably missed a couple of $$$, but it wasn't very painful. Now I see an easy way to start earning in micro-niches, the (splendid) specialised hosting I have for this purpose doesn't even allow HTML snippets (!), not to mention AdSense alternatives.

Those alternatives, by the way - does anybody know anything closer about them - don't seem to convince me. Some have dead links on the signup page... Others display the same ad the whole time on my page, and not very targeted to that... Others require that I present them my site where I intend to use their ads... Which is stupid, for why would I build a site of that sort, if I don't have AdSense or any good alternative?

So, if somebody could suggest any way out of this terrible impasse - other than totally changing my identity - I would be INFINITELY GRATEFUL.

I mean - either some way to get AdSense account again (I promise I will be a good boy!) or some REALLY GOOD AdSense alternative (but this, though interesting, wouldn't be quite as good option for me now.)

(By the way, the URL in my signature is for the membership site I've just bought, and it may still not be visible, as it is being worked on. But soon it should be fully operational and then I invite everybody to join. I hope it's not spam - I just wanted to explain why the link in the singature may be dead.)

I don't know if you can sign up again for adsense but if you are looking for adsense alternatives, you can try Adbrite or Bidvertiser. However adsense is the best but these networks can help you too.

Have you tried just creating an account again? It could be that the ban has been lifted. If you are using a new pc, your IP address has probably changed, which is most likely the way they would track you. Surely they can't track you by your name.

You could apply using a relatives name&address, and don't use it on sites already banned, because they will have been flagged.

There is a cure; either hope you have a nice friend that isnt into IM or, you could use your mother or father or whomever you chose. Simply sign up for an adsense account in their name with their address on a computer you've never visited adsense on. You will just have to rely on them to pass the checks over to you after they cash them and maybe you can give them a small fee for their trouble.

I'm thinking of that suggestion as well. Good point.
