how to get a freelancer ??

title says it all !!!
i know much about SEO , doing job in a firm as a BLOG and FORUM poster .
and i am the best in the team , even better than our manager or more precisely Mr BOSS . but i dont like working with him any more he is becoming too bossy these days and putting lot of load on me and paying me too very much little . So i need an online team to join which gives me work and pay me . Are there any site which gives you this kind of work ?
or from where i can have a freelancer ?
and plz dont put those scam sites which first requires you to pay before offering work . help !!! (:

try odesk, elance, freelancer.com and/or post your services through craigslist.

i have my account in freelancer and odesk from past six months , biding on projects but most of them are fake .
like recently i bid on a project the project owner's location was written usa name was paki and than i track the ip which was from lhr a city of pak

how can we trust them , that they will pay and there is no facility of paypal in PAKISTAN .

There's a lot site out there to get online jobs all you need to do is to sign up for an account and bid.

Nowadays there are many online sites which provides freelance projects to those who wants to work as a freelancer, like freelance, elance, etc. All one needs to do is just creating a profile and bidding for projects which he/she wants to do.

I only suggest odesk and freelancer. Maybe there are good other ones too but these are the best IMO.

who got the time for biding ?
and these sites provides work only till you have done your project what after doing the project ? start biding again and go through all those things again .
i am asking any other source , those all are i already know !!!
