Wanna Tool that scrapes all links, anchors and refering pages from a site

Im looking for a tool that will show me all links from every page with source page anchor and target url as i wanna go wiki style on a clients site and need to control anchor use

I think you can use backlink watch for it. But i am not sure that if it works for inner pages too. Try it.
