Default How to create an RSS feed from multiple URLs?

I need to know how to make an RSS feed out of a custom set of URLs.

This has to be done with URLs that are not, and/or don't have an RSS feed on them.

Is this possible? I was looking into Yahoo Pipes but it only lets you create something from RSS feeds and not just URLs...

Anyone know how to do this?

You can try combining all your feeds (from different URLs) into one with RSSMix:

I don't want to convert multiple rss feeds into one feed, I want to convert multiple straight URLs into an rss feed. And rssmix.com never seems to be working.
