In the about section, they say they reach more than half of the U.S. population. Anyone currently advertising with them?

I've just signed up with them and used up my daily budget for $5 for 1,000 impressions with not a single click?

Also when I got my paypal receipt the name was to Cheung Sam Nui??? Is this a scam?
