Great tools thanks. I have just recently built a search rank checking tool on my own site. It's totally free, so I'm sure it will turn out to be helpful for everyone. If anyone wants to check it out I'd love some feedback...

you can also google "backlink checker" and you'll get 10 on the 1st page of google. I usually try to use 3-4 to make sure they are consistent, some of the web tools are horrible and will mislead you, be careful.

AreMyLinksUp.com is cool for high value links because it notifies you if they get removed / nofollowed / pr changes / etc

MajesticSEO is cool for bulk backlink research and without SiteExplorer it's worth having.

Thanks for the share. Are My Links Up is a perfect solution. I was looking for something that could centralize all the link tracking. I pay monthly for lot of my backlinks and I wanted to make sure they don't go down without my knowledge. Also it shows PR and stuff.
