Blogs That Use "No Follow"

Hey Guys

Quick question that I am sure that someone here will be able to answer for me.

If I leave comments on blogs that use "no follow" will they still be counted as backlinks ?

I know most of the high PR blogs now have this.

Im pretty new to the job and have only recently joined the company.

SEO is still fairly new to me but im getting there....

I thought this would be a good place to ask, guess not !
