Ive gone to lsikeywords.com and extracted the top terms from the top sites for a keyword.

But what is the best way to weave these babies in? I mean -- which ones do I take? As many as I can? Do I take the 3 word ones? The 1 word ones? What is the secret sauce?

I would go after long-tail, that way you cover both.
