Default Xmas nightmare from Adsense

Hi everyone, I need your help because I’m going creasy…

I’ve been learning IM hard way, it took me almost two years. So far I launched five bilingual sites and in the beginning of November I started submitting articles for all five. In the middle of December I thought that I should get first check for January BUT on 12.23 I’ve got message:
“Your pages are displaying Public Service Advertisements (PSAs) because you haven't yet verified your PIN and/or phone number. See the Payment History page for more details.”

The fact is that PIN verification was done in October and, on 1st January, I verified my account with a small test deposit. In nine days “Required actions” block disappeared, in the Form of Payment I’ve got notice “VERIFIED" and Balance at end of December shown on Payments History Page BUT NO test deposit transaction and my ads are still PSAs. On the same time Payments History Page shows nothing in regards the problem. As soon as I was sent PIN only for verification, I understand in the UK verification of phone number isn’t required.

I tried Adsense forum and e-mailed Adsense – no luck. Two years of hard work gone for nothing, but most annoying thing is I can’t understand what happened and why.

Please, please can anyone tell me what to do now?

firstly do not worry you will in the end get your money from google adsense, it will just carry the money over onto the next months balance. google can take a very long time to reply to a message as their customer support is the worst in the buissness. so be patient as they will get back in contact with you.

However it would not hurt sending another message to them explaining exactly what you have told us here. just keep emailing them and you will get a reply sometime soon. so dont wory as your money is not lost.

Thank you for your kind words.

<< it will just carry the money over onto the next months balance>>
Do you mean test deposit transaction should be shown till end of Jan?

Right now I worry that my sites are not making any money for three weeks and who knows when this horror will end up. I do worry because I’m unemployed and have no income.

Yes, you are so right about their customer service. It’s just unbelievable! I can’t even send e-mail with MY text in the “subject” field… I get stupid replies with “I can’t see my ads”. What link should I use to e-mail them, any idea?

i meant that your adsense balance will just carry over, so if you have made any money with them then you will recieve it adventually. for now you could try other services just like adsense such as clicksor and they pay every two weeks if you make more than $50 this means you will recieve your money quicker. I have never used any other networks however clicksor and the few below have very good reviews:

cubics.com
chitika.com
directleads.com
valueclick.com

have a look and see what you think would be best for your site.

good luck with google!

Thanks for that, I'll have a look

I feel so angry… Can’t find any appropriate link to contact Google.
Sent them form “My Payment History Page is not updated” which is nothing but my e-mail address and ID number.

Have you verified your phone number? If they say you need to, then
you need to. If this is required, and you fail to do so, your account may
be suspended.

Did you check all these reasons?

OP, don't get angry that's just the way Google is (support).

Is your balance over $100 USD for Dec. 2010?

It's been so long since I first started Adsense I don't remember, but I assume you have to already have $100+ in your account to verify the test deposit.

As I said before, I understand in the UK verification of phone number isn’t required
Because I was sent PIN only.

Many thanks for the links. With regards to first one, I think, I’m fine. Just in case, could you please have a look at one of my sites in signature. All others are made in same pattern.

Sent the form, it was my e-mail N4.

Right now I have £29 (for the UK minimum payment is £60) and I’m about missing test deposit transaction before first payment.

<Off Topic>
I just saw your website on gardening (I followed the link in your signature). I really love your website and your niche. I think you have many more options open to your for monetizing your site than adsense. Personally I'm determined to keep my sites add free and use other ways for earning money. With your high standard writing abilities and personal expertise in your niche, you can publish your own eBook, sell as an affiliate not only Amazon Books, but also gardening related products. A potential client will prefer to by his gardening supplies from a vendor who demonstrates expertise in this field. In the long run, keeping your site add free and selling products as an affiliate with bring your more revenue than adsense. If you have a knack for photography, you can sell high quality pictures of various flowers and plants. Such pictures are always in demand by graphic artists and webmasters. If you prepare your own flower essences used by healers, then you can sell those essences online from your site and via Ebay and Etsy.

Personally I'd love to exchange links. I'm about to add under the heading of "Recommended Blogs - Handpicked" a list of recommended blogs – your site definitely qualifies. Your site shows that it's possible to create beautiful and attractive sites which are porn-free.

Please do not rely on Adsense. Soo many people have been banned for reasons that they will never know. There is a very real chance that you too will be banned at some point and it's for life when it happens. You are much better off identifying and promoting affiliate products in your niche and it's generaly more profitable.
