How do you get higher page rankings on Google places?

My client has a great business and needs to be on the first page of google for scaffolding in london on google places.

Can anyone help?

I would suggest making SEO: First of all i don't see any backlink on your signature to his site. Try to put the main keywords on your signature and hyperlink them to the site you want to promote. After that i would recommend you to post an article on ezine or articlebase. Third Step: Go for Social Networks: Facebook and twitter and ad 20-30 people a week that belongs to your niche

They need reviews of the work done on their profile,
FB and Twitter lol don't waste your time. Folks are not likely to be on FB & Twitter looking for London Scaffolding

Build a couple of web2.0 sites pointing at them, submit a few articles ...SEO their site too.. You say they are a "client of yours" so what do you do for them?

Getting their site to the first page will do the business! and local business marketing is pretty easy to be honest with you...

You can create LinkWheel for your client site. Use the keywords which you want to promote. It is a great way of ranking well in search engine.
