Yeah! The code is good only if you can create a new adword account and verify it.

The code only works for peoples of US / Canada but if you follow the directives given in the second link while filling the form and activate your adword account with fake US address , Then it will work for you too. (But I don't recommend using the fake method as it is against adwords TOS , SO use address of your business representative in US or Canada )

Be careful guys, if adwords plays a big part in your business model the last thing you want is Google doing you in for using multiple vouchers. There's ways around it I know but IMO you shouldn't risk it unless you like playing dangerous.

I've used one for my site. What was nice is that if you signed up by a certain date, sometime back in December, the $75 became $100!

I am curious though if you have multiple sites, if you could use one for each, although I doubt it.

Yes, only new accounts.

I think most If not all coupons are for new accounts.

When I click on that link it take me to a page in hotgator cpanel and tells I cannot get coupon Because my Ip is not from US or Canada.
I have even tried logging in to Hostgator cpanel using US proxy but still tells the same thing.
I even sent them an email , And they told they cannot provide coupon for peoples not residing inside Canada & US.

1) Unplug & reset modem
2) Run CCleaner (free) to clear cookies
3) Reconnect modem
4) Use a US proxy & login to Hostgator

Thanks or the tips. But I have already tried that. And actually my hostgator account was registered for me by my friend ( caleb bozonessinc.ca ) , He is from Canada. I even bought a paid US proxy but That didn't worked too! Any way, now I am not in the need of $100 from hostgator as I already have two unused $75 codes . But hostgator lost their reputation from me. and @muktiplaza The code works only for US and new accounts. But you can use your business representative address from US to get the code.

I don't know if I'm the only one, but one of my accounts [different businesses, therefore allowed] had money in it that I just wasn't using (the campaign I ran under it was seasonal with a daily spend around $600) so I stopped running ads. Eventually they assigned an Adwords Specialist to try and sell me on coming back then agreed to match $500 I spend in the next week.

Google's flexible if they see you're spending money, just contact them and see what's possible.
