Teach me how to build links

Hi all

it might sound funny but i just need someone to
teach me link building. I make amazon and click bank
commission but i dnt know much about link building

I would prefer to be building links to my amazon site
myself as i spend lotta money so i only outsource the
link wheel alone

You can submit you site to free directory submission sites, you can search Google for some free directory submission site list and steps on how to submit your site.

Hi suxes2005,

Article marketing is probably the best (and most time consuming) way to build links to your site.

Since you are only going for backlinks, 600-800 words articles should be sufficient enough.

Make sure that your articles follow all of the common SEO rules:
keyword in the titles, keywords flittered naturally in the body of the article, etc.

Once you have an article written there is an important thing to do:

post your article on your own website first, then wait for it to be indexed by the search engines before posting to the many top article directories.(Like EZA,Article Dashboard,Article Base..etc.)

Doing this you avoid helping to build the page rank of the article directory.

Posting you content on your website first helps building YOUR page rank and not that of the article directory.

After that you have two things you can do with them:

blast them to article directories of ask other website owners to post them as guest post.

Use your articles to give quality information; use your resource box for backlinks and to promote yourself.

Most people here tend to use article directories because they get pretty decent traffic and tend to rank well with Google.

Ezine Articles is by far the most popular article directory right now.

I’ve also heard good things about Article Base.

The other option would be to use your article as guest post.

Guest posts are the most naturally looking links to Google and can help you rank up fast.

If you want good backlinks, I recommend finding high traffic blogs with good content, that is relavant to your niche. Make good comments on the blog posts, use the writers name in the comment, this will help keep your comment out of the spam folder. Make sure you put the web address of the site you are trying to get backlinks for, not in your comment, but in the box that asks for your url or website, hope that helps.

Link building refers to the number and quality of the incoming links that are pointing to your site. No marketing tool can replace the effectiveness of word of mouth advertising. The same principle applies to website links. The common link building methods are Directory Submission, Article Submission, Blog Commenting and Social Bookmarking. There are many tutorials in the internet that could teach you how to build link.

Search on Google about link building guides, ideas, tips, etc. You will get lot of resources, helpful articles, blog which will help you to learn steps by steps.

For link building you can learn from some link building blog like (check their Link Building section) :
