If you can point me in the direction of a program that would index backlinks that quickly it would be greatly appreciated.

If i were you i will not buy any kind of link building software..For me, manual submission is way more better that using any kind of software..

AMR, UAW are considered as great tool.

But I always prefer manual submissions, Software never gives you so much performance and quality as manual submissions.
