Setting Up LLC In Israel For AdSense?

Hello, i know that to have additional AdSense account, i will have to own LLC. But if i setup LLC in Israel, will this work to get additional AdSense account keeping in mind i do not apply in local language, but in english for AdSense?

You are likely going to be rejected if you have the same name, address, tax id/ssn but it is easy to register by using a friends' name and details.

I am creating LLC account. Not regular account.
