Here's a goody for you all.... I am reposting this link for those who missed it. It's slow to post to over 2500 sites but if your patient and don't close the page after submitting, it does the job. I'm not the developer so don't complain to me if its not working for you. It works here!

Someone else posted this recently and I remember Bill Platt tested it and said none of the links were showing some time later as I recollect

I'm not really in to mass backlinking like this, to low grade irrelevant non PR pages on sites totally unrelated to niches I'm in.

I appreciate you're trying to be helpful but I could probably get more SEO value by getting 10 links from content relevant high PR sites in my own niches, which doesn't take much longer.

Take a look at Paul Myers blog, he had a great newsletter out yesterday, it was addressing things like this.

Oh no, it's no bother at all.

I was pointing out my way of doing things, as a teacher yourself, I thought you may have realised this.

I was also pointing out that the submission tool may not actually work, can you see all the backlinks you've gone for? I mean from what I can see you don't even get told where the links will be posted.

So what I'm saying Bernard is, can you see the extra 2500 links going to your site?

I only ask, because right now Yahoo seems to be showing only 28 backlinks pointing at your signature.

Yes. I used the tool on a brand new out-of-the-box site six weeks ago.

I used the above described tool AND their link directory submission tool that you can only reach if you register an account at their site.

The above listed tool is automatic, and it generated "+2500" back links.

Then I went through the link directory tool inside their site, and I think I submitted to 800 link directories, although I am not sure about that second number.

Here we are 6 weeks later, and to date, Google has given my site credit for 0 back links. Yahoo credits me with 2 back links.

As a result, I deem the value of the tool to be "no value".



p.s. The tool does give reports, and if you check, you will find most of those links to exist. But they are of zero value, getting no respect from Google or Yahoo.

These sort of low-quality linking strategies are a complete waste of time. If you take your business seriously you shouldn't be using these sorts of tools.

You are right, but you should also test everything before you toss it into the trash.

I tried similar services or softwares in past with little success....

I just submitted to this service my 3 months site and I will report here the results...

Then 20 minutes later, you will have a list of links that you can visit to verify that you got a link to your own website.

By all means, don't listen to those schmucks in this thread. They are just trying to scare you away from an excellent bank link building resource.

I think they just want to hide the good stuff from us amateurs, because they want to keep all the traffic for themselves.

Very true. I have tested plenty of these things though and generally if it seems to good to be true then it is. If only life were that easy.

Why do you need a review on it?

Bills actually tested it and after submitting to the 2500 stated and a further 800 link directories he's still sitting there 6 weeks later with a grand total of....

Wait for it.....

2 whooping great backlinks showing out of a possible 3,300.

Why on earth would you need another review of the site?
