redirecting traffic question

I have 30 1 year old domains that are about to expire and they each get maybe 10 to 15 uniques a day. They are all micro niche sites in different niches. They all together probably average $1 a day.

I have read about getting traffic from expired domains and was wondering if I can redirect (301) all my traffic to say a insurance cpa site hoping to get a couple of clicks.

It could add up to 300 visits a day.

Has anyone done this?

Also, do i leave the old site the way it is, just remove the adsense ads?
