I've tried press releases as a traffic generation technique but it's yielded limited success so far...so was wondering (and apologies if this may appear random, kind of thinking loud here):

Has anyone tried posting articles as "press releases" (rather than a fully-written press release piece of text)?

What do you consider a success? Traffic or links?

Does your PR catch people's attention?

By "success" I was referring to traffic..

I does get a fair few hundred views, so I guess it catches people's attention

u can try blogging and other techniques for backink generation
