Remove this popup. You also need to improve the content of the site and create more backlinks. This niche is a very competitive one

There´s a lot to say but and without proper
details and history it´s tough to guess what
the reason might be.

Aaron gave you an excellent tip, use the link
he sent you!

How old is your site? And how many backlinks
have you been building consistently?

You´ll have to create longer blog posts and do
more for your on page optimization. Just had a
quick look at your site!

The custom domain, Free Online Dating Tips | Pickup Guide for Men Blog | Best Online Dating Product Reviews | Pickup Your Dating! is a few months old. But the onlinedatingproductreview.blogspot.com is about 2-3 years old.

And this site is indexed by Google. It is already ranking in the third or fourth page of some keyword.

Well, I think some Warriors have already given you important and crucial information. A pop-up is definitely not working in your favor.

It does seem rather bizarre that Bing has already indexed you, they usually are tougher to place in.

I do think it is important to add more content. BUT, remember that by more I do not necessarily mean lots of nonsense, I am referring to quality information with a great balance of keywords. Enough so that Google Search bots can locate you and not too many that readers will run away and consider your site a Keyword farm page.

Backlinks are also important. But again, here QUALITY is also more important than quantity. It makes no sense to leave a backlink at every page you come across. The more content related, and niche targeted pages you leave a backlink at, the more prestige it gives your site to Google.

So, whatever you do always remember that QUALITY supersedes QUANTITY!

I am thinking of doing niche blog commenting. That should provide me with some quality do-follow backlinks.
