how to get an e-store like feel on a niche I'm going after?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a premade template ( kinda like how wordpress works for blogs) for setting up a product site similiar to that you would see on a download.com or amazon product page with with the buy button, editor review, comment section and all that? Also, i assume if there was one out there it wouldn't include buttons and was wondering where you get those exactly? I've only used wordpress but I'd like to try some things I thought might help with a niche I'm after. Thanks for any replies in advance!
