Default Is There A Way To Create A RSS Feed & Ping A Regular Website

Is there any way to get the benefits of a rss feed & pinging for a regular website
without installing wordpress and all it plugins etc.

A lot of times I just want to create a simple review web page to
test a market to see if there's a demand & converts & then I would
do a full manual install of wordpress for it's seo benefits.

I plan on doing article marketing after the article is published what should I do first
create a rss feed for each individual article or the whole list of article directories
where it's published & then ping it.

You can also try linklicious. It'll merge multiple links, create various RSS feeds and ping all at set intervals. Use free version. That should be sufficient for normal need.

You can create an RSS feed through social bookmarking sites, It will help you to advertise your services and also for fast indexing.

Create a new note and you can create an rss feed for it. I just built a new picture site, had to create the rss feed with php (because you can't create an rss feed from feed sites with only 1 picture p/ page) and then imported that feed into my note. Anytime, I upload a new picture now, it shoots it over to my facebook page and creates an entry.
