Will 301 Moved Permanently-pages redirect the Google PR to a new domain?

Yes it will, but you have to wait for the PR updating, which is every 2-3 months?

Eventually, Yes.

You have to ensure you do the 301 redirect properly and afterwards crosscheck with a 301 redirect checking tool.

Also, you should notify Google through webmaster tools.

Yes it will pass pr. As said you need to update it in webmaster tools. Page rank update was last week, all of mine have passed over pr.

Yes, it will. Also, it is not a good practice to redirect your whole site rather you should do a 1-to-1 mapping of the pages from old to new to keep PRs intact of all the pages.
