What's Wrong With This Site? Not Pulling in Profits... Any Suggestions??

Okay so I coming to you guys for my friend he got into adsense and IMing because we both decided to jump into it together...

This is his first website can you guys please review it to see why its not getting that much click conversions?

I can't really help him because I'm fairly new as well and I don't want him to learn something wrong. Also my niche is far from what his niche is.

1) You need a Privacy Policy page ASAP (NOW!!).

I a'int no SEO expert, but I'll try to help.

So it looks like the main keyword you are trying to target is shrink belly fat, am I correct?

If it is, you are ranking 2 in Google for that. That's pretty good, but the main problem I see with your website is the keyword that you are trying to rank for...

It only gets around 320 searches per month, that's probably why it isn't getting any profits.

I prefer the blue color in the right sidebar ads. The center ads aren't "quite as blue."
The more blue it is, the more click-happy the readers are,

Pull one set of ads from the center and put it at the bottom after the article.

Swap the left menu and the ads on the right so that the sidebar ads are on the left.

If you can make the skyscraper ads wider in the sidebar, I think that would help.

Too many ads, I'd use just the one block of ads. Less is more, you'll get more per click.
