Article Demon OR Bookmarking Demon? Which One Should I Get?

I've been doing research on both and it doesn't appear that I could NOT go wrong with either. BUT - If you were me, and could only afford one of these right now, which would YOU choose.

I mean, are article backlinks more powerful than social bookmarking backlinks? Is either one more effective/better than the other?

I'm leaning towards Article Demon for the following to reasons:

**I think I would generate more, additional traffic from the articles themselves (as opposed to social bookmarking demon)

**Article Demon is a little cheaper

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

It is my understanding that the effects of bookmarking are temporary. And the links are not contextual like article links are. It's not to say that they don't help.

I'd pick the software that would speed up my workflow more, or the one that helps with the task I enjoy less.

Personally, I went with article submission software before a bookmarking one.

That makes a lot of sense and you have excellent points. Perhaps, if the article software proves to be effective, I'll purchase the bookmarking software just to diversify my backlinks.

Another consideration is that there are free alternatives to Bookmarking Demon that will streamline the process of bookmarking compared to doing it manually. I haven't used it in a while but Onlywire was a good service at one time and now I'm using SocialAdr quite a bit. Both have free options that you can explore until you decide to go with something like Bookmarking Demon.

It depends on your actual plans and schemes. You can use both too effectively. Article links are long term and permanent but bookmarking is easy.

I have not tried Article Demon yet but Bookmarking Demon is a very nice software. Try it!
