Made a new squidoo lens with links back to my site, worked fine. Made a new hubpage using the same methods. A day later the hubpage has been closed and this warnng was given: Please address the automated warnings below before submitting this article for publication. * WARNING: This hub is at risk of being identified as Overly Promotional because it contains duplicate content and outbound links * NOTE: A substantial portion of the content on this hub appears on other pages Please address the moderator set alert below before submitting this article for publication. * Overly Promotional: This Hub excessively promotes another site. This hub needs to be revised before it can be published. Time to do some redesigning work. Clearly hubpages are much tougher for IM than squidoo. |

You can have all the links you want in a hub....just not more than 2 pointing to the same site.

With HubPages, if the content is duplicate then you can't have ANY self serving links at all. You can only put two links in per domain if the article is original. |

Is this correct? I have put about 5 on each page for some of them. I wonder if I should take them down... | |
