To get high page rank you need to do high quality do follow backlinking. There are other options also like forum posting, article submission, social bookmarking etc.

Don't bother. I have two PR 1 blogs that each make over $40 bucks a day. PR is not required to make good money.

DON'T FOCUS SO MUCH ON PAGE RANK! If you're new in SEO please don't start out with bad habits. Pick up some GOOD books, read some stuff, learn proper SEO.

Since when is $40/day considered good money? And you for some reason don't feel that a PR3 or PR5 site would bring in more "good" money for you?

i build many links for my sites and mostly are from do follow links and from page rank 1-4 now after six month one of my website page rank showing pr 3.it was pr 1.
