Default Google reiterates "no scraped content on Adsense sites" rule

In case you missed it, from the Adsense blog:

AdSense Facts & Fiction Part V: Unoriginal content - Inside AdSense

An excerpt:

Quote:
Fiction: Publishers can put ads on auto-generated pages or other copied content that was not created by them.

Fact: We don’t allow sites with auto-generated or otherwise unoriginal content to participate in the AdSense program. This is to ensure that our users are benefiting from a unique online experience and that our advertisers are partnering with useful and relevant sites.
So, where's the loophole? Because everyone is doing it, that's for sure.

The loophole is that if you have even a few sentences at the top of your page that is original, and the content you scrap is rewritten, it still works.

If Google deindexed every page of content that "borrowed content" their search results would look sparse. Big time.

But as far Adsense putting their foot down, you can always take 15 minute from your buys day and edit your Wordpress theme to display Chitika ads instead.....that is if you don't have the stomach to run Adsense anymore.

The traffic is still there, and if there is traffic there IS MONEY!

But, still my adsense autoblogs are very fine. Seems they have not started it yet.

You really have to raise a red flag for Google to even come look at your sites. As long as you blend in with the crowd you'll be fine.

If you spent anytime in marketing that blog then you should at least change the content a bit. Why wait to see if you lose it?

Yeah...the whole "autobloggers is bad!" scare is silly.

I think that autobloggers run by lazy people, who don't do it RIGHT might be affected.

If you read Matt Cutts closely, he is talking about the really ugly autoblogs publishing competely unchanged and duplicate content.
