How can I convert my ptc payment to Alertpay??

Hi dear all friends,
I have been work with ptc website (onedollarptc.com )and earn 10000$ but problem is that this amount can 't transfer in my AlertPay account yet .Please if you can give suggestion about solution of this problem .

Does the PTC site payout using AlertPay?

Have you requested a payout?

I don't really understand where the problem is...

Is it with AlertPay or with the PTC site?
